TCM Jet Wash Drives: Patio and Path cleaning in Irthlingborough, Northants 7-05-2024. We had a large patio area to clean, some slabs to the right of the garden and a pathway leading down to the house via some steps and then another patio area.
All paths and patio areas were black, covered in white spot, black spot, moss and lichen and was certainly in need of a good clean. The large patio area at the back of the garden also needed a jointing compound brushed in between the joints as the would stop weed growth and because it is highly water permeable, there would be no pooling on the patio and makes for a more attractive finish.
The photograph below shows both the before and after photographs of the patio area that we pressure washed clean and then repointed with a jointing compound.
Once we had finished we applied weed killer to all the areas we had cleaned and ensured all windows, doors, walls and fences were clean. The customer said they were very happy with the results.
