Jet Wash Clean on a very bad black spot patio area: We were called out to a job in Grantham, Lincs that had two patio layers of concrete slabs and three flights of stairs, plus the surrounding wall. All had very, very bad black spot and were badly stained with moss and wear and tear and were full of weeds.
This we knew was a big job. So we first soaked the area in our pre-wash and left it for an hour before we started. We did two surface clean with our surface cleaner pro and then got to work on the first flight of steps. The images in the video show the before and after photographs and we achieved this in just two days!
As always, once we have cleaned the areas and they are dry, we apply weed killer to prevent weeds coming through.
